When can you receive our products after order?

     

    All shipments will be arrived in 3-7 business days.

Can I return the product if not satisfied？

     Please email at huilangpinpong@gmail.com. for Return Authorization within 30 days from delivery date.If you are not happy with our products or having any problem. We will help you figure out any issues you may be have.  All returned merchandise must be in the original undamaged packaging. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping. If an item is refused, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways,and these expenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund. Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 3-5 business days after receipt of the returned merchandise. Please return to the following address:

How long is the warranty period?

​

     Huilang PingPong Reboard Plate is hand-made product. The rubbers may not perfect in appearance and the stand is not exactly in right angle.Some shrinkage of board and rubbers are normal .Those do not effect play.  Manufacturer makes effort to assure that its products meet high quality and durability standards, and warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of 90 days from the date of delivery. This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse,negligence or accidents,normal wear and tear, improper installation,or to lack of maintenance or improper storage. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights with vary from state to state. Warranty is not valid for international sales, we do however work with all customers to find an equitable solution. 

    Please email us the details at support@huilangpingpong.com for a Return Authorization. If we determine that the product is defective ,we will provide a shipping label for you to ship back or we will ship you out a replacement part. If the product is to be returned for repair it must be packaged securely and shipped to us. If our inspection verifies the defect, we will either repair or replace the product at our election or we may elect to refund the purchase price. If we cannot readily and quickly provide you with a replacement. We will return repaired products at our expense, but if we determine there is no defect, or that the defect results from causes not within the scope of our warranty, then you must bear the cost of returning the product. Is HuiLang PIngPong Reboard Plate pack -able to take with you?

​

    Yes, our products are easy to use and install. We offer free outer bag for you to carry combo system . The stand style reboard plate can easily be moved around the table just by picking up on the tripod brackets. You can walk to the rear of the table and back, you can pretty much re-position your HuiLang reboard plate out of the way for a match with your friends.

How to maintenance HuiLang Ping-pong Reboard Plate?

  • Dampen the sponge and squeeze out the excess.  The sponge should be damp but not dripping wet in order to avoid getting a lot of water on the board itself.  

  • Gently wipe the rubber surfaces removing fine dust and any loose particles.  Do not scrub too vigorously as your goal is really just to lightly remove any surface film of dust or dirt.

  • Let the surfaces air dry before returning to your practice.    

  • Store Huilang ping pong reborad plate at room temperature, do not put it in dry place.
